The Church of Saint Peter the Apostle, together with the adjoining Convent of Santa Maria Assunta, forms one of Belforte del Chienti\u2019s most important religious complexes. Built in the 17th century, the convent welcomed the religious community and played a central role in the town\u2019s spiritual and social life. The church, dedicated to Saint Peter, has simple yet harmonious forms typical of the period\u2019s architecture and preserves valuable artistic works tied to local religious tradition.
